Avid’s Pro Tools is a digital audio workstation for Microsoft Windows and OS X. Professionals in the audio industry use it for recording and editing in music production, film scoring, film and television post production, musical notation and MIDI sequencing. Pro Tools can run as standalone software, or operate
using a range of external A/D converters and internal PCI or PCIe audio cards with onboard DSP. Most of Pro Tools’ basic functions can be controlled within Edit or Mix windows.

Take some time out to rejuvenate your body and mind like taking a walk in the park or dining out and eating a new cuisine. Spend some time away from your mobile phone and other gadgets that can interrupt your focus. Eat delicious yet healthy foods because nutritious meals can help in reducing stress.

Staying Slim Even If You’re a Dessert Lover

If you are overweight and want to lose those unwanted pounds, probably the best way to do that is to cut processed foods and refined sugars out of your diet. But if you are a dessert lover like me it is definitely hard to do that.

There are things that we can do to be able to eat our “creme brulee” (the top burnt perfectly by a butane torch lighter) and be healthy at the same time. Try to control yourself and eat dessert once per week or less and make sure you choose quality over quantity. Never eat dessert alone and instead indulge during special occasions. Be aware and try to minimize the sugar content in the foods you eat.

When applying your lipstick, better use a lip brush. This way you will use less because you put on a thinner layer. Pricey facial cleanser is N/A because you can always buy inexpensive ones. Don’t use too much foundation. The fewer you apply the more a bottle last longer and besides wearing less makes you look more natural.
