Remedies for Dandruff

Most people suffer from dandruff; in fact it is one of the most common health problems among a lot of people. Dandruff appears on the scalp because of too much exposure to heat or cold. Sometimes it is even caused by stress, fatigue or from using various hair products. Some of the remedies are:

• Use fresh aloe vera gel onto your scalp. Allow it to stay for around 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
• You can also use tea tree oil because it has anti-fungal properties. Add few drops on the hair oil and massage it on your scalp.
• Gently heat coconut oil and then massage it over your scalp. Allow it to stay overnight on your scalp and wash it the next morning.
